Perfect for the neutral road runner, the Mizuno Wave Rider 24 Running Shoes are incredibly comfortable, delivering a great fit thanks to the AIRmesh upper alongside DynamotionFit technology. With a gusseted tongue and round collar lining for a secure midfoot feel that adapts to the natural movements of your foot while delivering a lightweight feel that's highly breathable so your feet stay cool when you push the pace. 

The biggest update to the shoe comes from the newly introduced Mizuno Enerzy heel wedge, redefining the iconic ride that has made the shoe famous by providing softer and more bouncy cushioning that works alongside Mizuno Wave technology to ensure an incredibly smooth and comfortable transition. Finished with a durable X10 outsole that offers maximum traction will stand up to many miles of enjoyable running.
