This balance doesn't add excessive bulk either, meaning you can feel light and mobile when piloting your mountain bike across technical terrain.
The Gore-Tex Active shoulders and upper arms face into the worst of the weather to boost protection, while taped seams across the shoulders and back bolster water-resistance. When the weather closes in then the under-helmet hood provides the final line of defence against the elements.
