Giro Caden Helmet II (MIPS)

When you're enjoying the ease of cycling from A to B, be it for work or pleasure, the Caden Helmet II (MIPS), offers all the well-renowned protection you'd expect of a Giro helmet but with a more urban-inspired design.

This sleek design makes use of Giro's In-Mould technology to keep your head protected. An EPS foam liner absorbs impacts while a tough polycarbonate shell takes the knocks and bumps of daily life in its stride. A total of 12 vents also ensures you keep your cool on the way to your destination. We then come to MIPS.

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) 

The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head.

Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.

Roc Loc City MIPS Fit System

 A well-fitting helmet is a safer helmet and getting the right fit is made quick and easy via the Roc Loc City MIPS system. This system creates a cradle for the head and adjustment is made via the rear twist dial. The result is perfect comfort and stability.

Not only safe but practical too, the Caden has everything you need for city biking. A lock port allows you to easily secure your Caden to bike or bag. Reflective accents boost your profile as night descends and a universal front light attachment allows you to add a front light too. Lastly, a TPU cycling cap-style visor keeps the sun out of the eyes or raindrops off your face too.
