This model is fitted with a superb suspension setup to ensure that you can maintain high-speed control regardless of how rough and intense the trail is. The Fox 34 Float fork up front features the Micro-Adjust GRIP damper, which allows three clicks of adjustment that fine-tune the fork performance: Open, Medium and Firm. These three compression settings selected at the turn of a dial to provide exceptional performance on any trail. Between its three main compression settings are Micro-Adjust options that enable you to achieve maximum grip and performance. Providing the rear traction and compliance over any terrain is the Fox Float DPS EVOL shock, this model offers the highest-levels of trail performance and also features three compression settings: Open, Medium and Firm.
The efficiency and power-transfer on this bike are controlled by a Shimano SLX/XT 11-Speed groupset, complete with Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes. This ensures that shifting through gears is smooth and crisp and that you have exceptional braking power when you need it. The drivetrain provides buttery-smooth shifting performance that transfers power from the rider to the rear wheel instantly. This exceptional efficiency is delivered to the trail thanks to the Fulcrum Red 55 Boost hub wheels. These wheels are superbly stiff and have minimal flex. Combined with the Schwalbe Fat Albert tyres front and rear; this bike is truly ready for any day in the mountains you can ever dream of.
