Bell Stratus Cycling Helmet (MIPS)

Inspired by the principles of the pro-level Z20 helmet, the Stratus MIPS Helmet packs in all the features you could need for speedy road riding. The design has been dialled in to balance ventilation for the climbs but still remain aerodynamically efficient for the fast flats. 18 vents plus the Overbrow Ventilation system creates a rush of air over the head as cool air is pulled in through the carefully designed inner air-channel matrix - overheating is thus minimised. 

When it comes to safety and protection the Stratus is ahead of the pack. The Fusion In-Mould technology sees a tough polycarbonate shell bonded directly to an EPS shock-absorbing core. Pioneered by Bell, this technology creates a remarkably durable helmet, ideal for regular use, while also optimising protection in a fall. 

MIPS System (Multi-directional Impact Protection System)

The Stratus MIPS is designed to dissipate the energy from a crash and this is achieved via the EPS body and the MIPS System (Multi-directional Impact Protection System). This MIPS is integrated with the fit system to give a sleeker, lighter and less complex helmet that fits closely to the head.

The Perfect Fit. Every Time. 

A perfect fit is also vital for comfort and safety. This is easily achieved via Bell's Float Fit system. Adjustable for both height and width, this minimalist and lightweight system is quickly adjusted via a rubber dial, ensuring the perfect fit every time you ride. No-Twist Tri-Glide fasteners also keep the straps flat and in place, for even greater riding comfort. Lastly, 'Sweat Guide' padding at the brow draws moisture away from the forehead, ensuring no stinging sweat can run into the eyes.
