PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (GMT) on 1st July 2017 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on 31st July 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

  1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident of the United Kingdom or the United States of America aged 18 years or over.

  3. This promotion is available only to consumers (i.e. not to any business or reseller).

  1.   1. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or marketplace sales through retail websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace or Play Trade) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. The Promotion Product must not be sold as part of: (i) a bundle or (ii) another promotion (save for promotions offered directly by the Participating Retailers). Purchases made through Wahoo Pro Deals are excluded from this promotion.
  2. For your existing Trade-In Device to qualify for the Trade-In Reward it must be a functional unit and be undamaged (reasonable wear and tear excepted) (the “Trade-In Criteria). For the avoidance of doubt each of the following is considered beyond reasonable wear and tear: cracked, split, damaged, water damaged or open chassis structure, cracked or non-working display, does not power on. Power cables must be supplied. Only devices that comply with the Trade-In Criteria are a “Trade-In Device” for the purposes of this Promotion.
  3. Only one claim per person and per household is permitted during the Promotional Period.

CLAIMS

  1. In order to participate in the Promotion and claim a Trade-In Reward, Participants must visit www.wahoo-promotions.com/tradein, and click the claim now button and follow the prompts to the redemption page where they will be asked to complete the online claim form and submit proof of purchase (the 'Claim').
  2. Claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the “Claim Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase on the invoice or receipt counts as day one (1). Claims received outside this period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
  3. Provided your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, trade-in form and prepaid postage label within two (2) days, which you must print out and enclose with your securely packed Qualifying bike computer. The Promoter must receive the device, complete with the Trade in form within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.
  4. Trade-In Rewards for all valid UK Claims shall be paid by pre-paid Mastercard and sent in the post within 30 calendar days of validation of the Qualifying device. Trade-In Rewards for all valid USA Claims shall be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Promotion Products purchased in Pounds Sterling shall receive a cash rebate in Pounds Sterling and Promotion Products purchased in Dollars shall receive a cash rebate in Dollars.
  5. Deletion of all data and information stored in the Trade-In Device and/or other storage media to be traded-in is your absolute responsibility. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for your data and software. Upon receipt by the Promoter of the Trade In-Device all data will be permanently and irretrievably destroyed. Please note the Promoter is unable to retrieve any Customer data once a Trade-In Device has been received.
  6. For your Trade-In Device to qualify for the full Trade-In reward it must meet the Trade-In Criteria. If your Trade-In does not meet these conditions then your claim will either be rejected or you will be emailed a revised reward. You will have ten (10) days to accept or decline the revised offer. If you do not reply after ten (10) days the promoter will automatically process the revised payment. If you decline the revised reward your Trade-In will be returned to you free of charge.
  7. Provided that the Trade-In meets the Trade-In Criteria the participant will receive confirmation of receipt by email stating whether or not the claim has been successful and has been validated.
  8. Only invoices and receipts will be accepted as proof of purchase. If the Claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly, the Participant will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within 7 days. If no response is received, then the claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to participate.
  9. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged Claims (e.g. which are lost in the post or where online data is not received or is corrupted).
  10. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  11. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
  12. If a participant returns the Promotion Product after submitting a claim, the claim will be invalid and the participant must immediately call the customer service team to cancel the claim. The Promoter reserves the right to check with the retailer whether a Promotion Product has been returned and, by submitting a claim, the participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to report suspicious activity or claims to the police.
  13. A claim must be made by the participant and must not be made through agents or third parties.
  14. The name and address shown on the proof of purchase must match the participant's details included on the claim form.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  1. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

GENERAL

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's control.
  2.   3.   4. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter cannot accept liability for any Trade-In Devices lost, damaged or destroyed during delivery and recommends that you securely package your device prior to sending. The Promoter is unable to accept hand delivery of Trade-In Devices.
  5. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as included in this Promotion.
  6. The Promotion is governed by English law.
